Inclusive, accessible counselling

My name is Natalie and I have been a counsellor and Trustee at Face to Face Counselling Service, for the last twelve years.

Face to Face is a fantastic organisation that I am very proud to be part of. The team of counsellors at Face to Face all work very hard to offer an inclusive service, focusing on seeing the individual with their needs, at the core, in a person centred way.

Within the counselling that is offered, the areas we work with are very varied. Whilst the areas below are not an exhaustive list, it can range from relationship difficulties, exploration of family and childhood trauma, exploring feelings that have affected your sense of self and identity and the impact of low mood and anxiety.

Our team of volunteer counsellors offer sessions on different days and times throughout the week, which supports reaching a range of people with appointment times that can suit their needs best.

We deliver counselling online, face to face and by telephone. By offering different delivery modes of counselling it can support being accessible, ensuring we reach those that need counselling, working with you to offer something that suits your needs well.

By offering counselling online, by telephone and face to face, we know that different approaches work for different people. We undertake regular training to ensure out counselling offered is informed, ethical and of a high quality.

I am very proud to be part of Face to Face Counselling Service. Our counsellors are committed, ensuring they offer a safe space that is non-judgmental, respectful; working within an ethical manner.
